Who we are
Founded in 2014 in Ontario, Oregon, Northwest Cabinetry and Design began as a cabinetry-focused business built on quality craftsmanship, personalized service, and thoughtful home design. As the company grew, it expanded in 2016 to include flooring, blinds, window coverings, and additional home improvement services, allowing homeowners to create cohesive and beautifully designed spaces with one trusted local team. Over time, the business evolved beyond cabinetry alone, leading to the transition from Northwest Cabinetry and Design to NW Home Innovations — a name that better reflects the wide range of products, services, and customized solutions offered to customers throughout the Treasure Valley, Eastern Oregon, and across Idaho.
NW Home Innovations remains a family-owned and family-operated business led by founder Brandon Smith, who is still actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. The Smith family has called Ontario home since the 1990s and takes great pride in serving the community they’ve been part of for decades. Alongside raising their five children, Brandon and his family have built the business around values of honesty, craftsmanship, faith, customer service, and strong local relationships. Their goal has always been simple: provide high-quality products, dependable service, and a personalized experience that helps families create homes they truly love.
